Claire Murphy, who is running our first-ever yoga and meditation retreat here next September, has sent us a few simple and straightforward tips and techniques, which you can incorporate as part of your everyday life. These contain elements of what Claire will be teaching during her five-day retreat here. We hope you find them helpful. Today Claire invites you to Flex your meditation muscle.

Blog yoga Flex Your Meditation MuscleClaire says: “Meditation is dose-effective – this means that little and often (10 minutes per day) is far more beneficial than trying to sit for 30 minutes to an hour once a week. It can be as simple as watching the breath, listening to sounds as they come and go or focusing on an image or natural object (flowers or a crystal for example).”
